We're gym owners and lifelong athletes. Between us we've spent decades training properly, coaching others and working at the sharp end of the health and fitness industry - and in all that time the supplement market kept getting bigger, cheaper and murkier. White-label products, mystery ingredients, factories nobody could name. We decided to do the opposite.
Every Formulae5 product is formulated and manufactured in the United Kingdom to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. We don't buy stock formulas and stick a label on them - we develop each product around what actually works, at doses that actually matter.
Every batch we make is fully traceable. We know where each ingredient came from, when it was tested and which bottles it went into. If it isn't good enough for our own training, it doesn't get made.
Our range is small on purpose: ashwagandha, lion's mane, magnesium, vitamin D3 & K2, turmeric, cordyceps and functional mushrooms - the handful of supplements with real evidence behind them, formulated properly. No fillers, no proprietary blends, no nonsense.
