Every Formulae5 product is formulated and manufactured at our own facility in the United Kingdom to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Nothing is white-labelled or imported ready-made.
Every batch is tested and fully traceable from raw ingredient to bottle. What's on the label is what's in the capsule - at the stated dose, with no proprietary blends hiding the numbers.
The majority of our range uses vegan capsules and plant-derived actives. Check the individual product page for the full ingredients list and suitability notes.
It depends on the product: cordyceps and lion's mane work well in the morning or pre-training, while magnesium and ashwagandha suit evenings to support wind-down and sleep. Each product page includes usage guidance, and our From The Lab posts go deeper.
Our formulas are designed to complement each other - for example lion's mane in the morning and magnesium at night. If you take prescription medication or have a medical condition, check with your GP first.
