You may return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened supplements unless the product is faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at hello@formulae5.com with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you in full - including postage.
Email hello@formulae5.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the item.
Subscription orders can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time from your account before the next billing date.
